China Policing the Globe

China Policing the Globe

Tim O’Connor – Center for the Preservation of Humanity – 10/2/2022

A certain president was very concerned about the devices the United States used for it’s telecommunications infrastructure in 2019. Thus, Trump banned Huawei from being able to be included in US communications networks. The concerns revolved around the idea that the Chinese government could use the devices to gain all kinds of information about American citizens. Good thing we dodged that bullet, huh? Think again.

On September 30, 2022, The New York Post published a story titled China has opened police stations in US and Canada to monitor Chinese citizens: Report. It originally appeared on Fox News and was authored by Michael Lee. It starts, “China has opened dozens of “overseas police service stations” around the globe to monitor its citizens living abroad, including one location in New York City and three in Toronto.”

The Post story originated in a document created by a non-governmental organization called Safeguard Defenders; 110 Overseas Chinese Transnational Policing Gone Wild. The key takeaways the NGO wants readers to take away are as follows:

“Faced with a growing issue of fraud and telecommunication fraud by Chinese nationals living abroad, China claims 230,000 suspects of fraud and telecom fraud were successfully “persuaded to return” to China from April 2021 to July 2022.”

“Official statements detail use of depriving suspects’ children the right to education back in China, as well as other actions against relatives and family members, in a full-on “guilt by association” campaign.”

“China has designated nine countries as having serious fraud, telecom fraud and web crimes, and Chinese nationals are no longer allowed to stay in those countries without “good reason”.

“Rapidly emerging evidence points to extensive online campaigns and the use of “Overseas Police Service Stations” being used in these operations on five continents, often using local “Chinese Overseas Home Associations” linked to the CCP’s United Front Work.

“These operations eschew official bilateral police and judicial cooperation and violate the international rule of law, and may violate the territorial integrity of third countries involved in setting up a parallel policing mechanism using illegal methods.”

As the report notes, and as you may have guessed, the people voluntarily returning to China to face the ‘legal system’ are not returning of their own volition. The Chinese government is demanding these people return and doing their best to ruin the lives of the family members who remain in China. As an example of some of the policies which have been put in place Safeguard Defenders writes of Fujian Province’s pre-arrest methods to get ‘voluntary’ compliance:

“(1) Demolish property built using illicit money and recover any illicit money; Abandoning any pretext of due process or the consideration of suspects’ innocence until proven guilty, targeting suspects’ children and relatives in China as “guilty by association” or “collateral damage”, and using threats and intimidation to target suspects abroad, is now itself becoming an endemic problem. (2) Ban the children of suspects from studying in public schools; (3) Suspend all medical insurance subsidies and confiscate passports; (4) Ban “dishonest persons” from taking high-speed rail and planes or being accommodated in hotels; (5) Stop all applications for policy subsidies at the county level or above.”

That’s doesn’t relate to a Chinese person’s ‘voluntary’ return – it is torturing loved ones and waging an economic war upon the inhabitants in the Chinese territory. Several personal stories are included in the report which detail how this actually works in practice:

“On 11 March 2022, Li Qingqing (pseudonym), a woman from Yuanzhuang township, Xianyou County, Fujian province, who currently runs a restaurant in Phnom Penh, was asked by the Yuanzhuang police to return. She argued that she is not a suspect of any crime and is just doing business in Cambodia. The police told her that according to China’s policy, Chinese citizens staying in the nine fraud-related countries are required to return unconditionally. After that, she continually received messages from the local police asking her to return. On 5 May, police informed her she had been put on the telecom suspect list and warned her that her mother’s house would be cut off from power and water supplies. Her mother’s house was later spraypainted with the words "House of Telecom Fraud" and a policy notice was posted next to the spraypainting. Her mother was then called to the village committee and asked to persuade her daughter to return by 31 May.25 Li’s current fate and whether she has or has not returned is unknown.” [bold in original]

This is what California is trying to do with taxing people who left the state. This is how easy it is for the Chinese to do because it is the social credit score. It’s not a Chinese thing – this is coming to all of us in all nations. This is the beast system.

The nine countries which are being most stringently monitored are Turkey, UAE, Myanmar, Thailand, Malaysia, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, and Indonesia. Chinese people who are in those nations are being ordered to return home due to the concerns of them committing fraud. The Chinese government doesn’t only have their ‘police stations’ there, they have at least 54 stations in total outside of the nine forbidden nations. Most of those are located in European cities.

I want to know how this happened. What genius decided that the Chinese could open up a police station in the United States for ANY reason? When it is determined I want the person or people responsible for this tried on espionage charges themselves. While Safeguard Defenders chose to rely on the UN’s Declaration of Human Rights to get justice for China’s extra-territorial policing, incorrectly in my opinion, they do share my concerns for justice to meted out:

“As these operations continue to develop and new mechanisms are set up, it is evident that countries governed by the standards set by universal human rights and the rule of law urgently need to investigate these practices to identify the (local) actors at work, mitigate the risks and effectively protect the growing number of those targeted.”

The United States has laws against espionage and foreign interference in the affairs of the United States. It’s called sovereignty. We have the sovereign right to try spies for espionage and what are these scumbags doing in the United States? They are spying on Chinese people in the US, and the rest of the people in the United States. I don’t think for a single second that the US government, the State of New York, and New York City’s government wouldn’t be eager to purchase the illegally obtained Chinese information about US citizens. That’s the only explanation as to why the operation exists as far as I can figure.

The heart of the matter shows that what those responsible for allowing the Chinese police station to operate in New York City is actually treason. As Guardian Defenders put it:

“Furthermore, the disregard for the use of proper channels and processes in international relations is blatant. Despite China’s insistence on the establishment of bilateral extradition treaties or other mechanisms of judicial cooperation – which serve both a specific propaganda purpose in legitimizing the Chinese Communist Partycontrolled judicial system, as well as nurturing a chilling effect for the rapidly growing number of individuals fleeing China – it rarely uses these legal international procedures. Rather than cooperating with local authorities in the full respect of territorial sovereignty, it prefers – as reiterated frequently in the articles cited in this investigation – to cooperate with (United Front-linked) overseas “NGOs” or “civil society associations” across the five continents, setting up an alternative policing and judicial system within third countries, and directly implicating those organizations in the illegal methods employed to pursue “fugitives.” [bold mine]

So what should be done? In addition to arresting and trying all of those in the host country allowing Chinese police stations to operate with treason or espionage, every country with one of these repulsive things should immediately arrest all personnel at the station. All of them should be tried for espionage. Any of them who are found guilty should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Those found not guilty should be deported. Responsible nations with Chinese populations would go find every singe Chinese-born individual who is not a citizen who renounced their Chinese citizenship should be immediately deported as well with one caveat. If the Chinese-born person has a VALID claim of fearing for their life and fled they should be permitted to stay within that nation. Every nation should do this right now. And every nation should take into account the fact that the law of VALID refugee claims is the nation the person fleeing goes to the nearest ‘safe’ nation. That invalidates all of Europe, the Middle East, North America, South America, and Australia.

What is going to happen? My guess is nothing. These things exist to usurp the sovereignty of Western nations. The globalists LOVE China and all of their human rights abuses and their ‘legal’ system. They are making a play to just throw out everything they hate – namely innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by a jury of our peers and the individuality which that entails. The Chinese government operates on a mob mentality and the mob is whatever the politburo decrees. The Chinese government has been rogue for quite a long time. It only exists today because it is the model of the utopia the cretins calling themselves our globalist overlords want to see around the world. This is global government.

Pray about this. Repent and ask forgiveness from God for the crimes of our nation and relief from the evil issues like this portend.

Bless God and God bless.
