Finish Off 2022 with 15 Minutes of Homework

Tim O’Connor – Center for the Preservation of Humanity – 12/31/2022

If you think Alex Jones is full of crap, or that Chris Sky is off his rocker, or that David Icke is delusional, here is the chance to change your mind. I want you to end 2022 off by reading this article, understanding what 15 minute cities are (provided), and to see if there are plans to make your city a 15 minute city (not provided). If 2023 is going to be any better for any of us this 15 to 20 minutes worth of homework will prove vital. It may save lives and shape futures and fortunes, but it will definitely serve as a rallying point for resistance. The assignment involves reading this and then searching for your city’s sustainability plan.

First of all none of the men above are wrong about ‘15 minute cities.’ The basic concept of a 15 minute city is that our entire lives are to be conducted within a 15 minute trip on a public transportation system. If you are familiar with my work I have linked to Agenda 21 multiple times and I learned about Agenda 21 from Alex Jones’ podcast in the first place. Agenda 21 is where ‘15 minute cities’ comes from. The next iteration of Agenda 21 is titled Agenda 2030. ‘15 minute cities’ is merely an operationalizing of some of the goals in Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030. Reading Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030 would be a really good endeavor for all of us but it is time consuming because of the length and the complexity of the documents. If you decide to choose one; however, Agenda 2030 is only 91 points and can be tackled much more quickly than the 351 page Agenda 21. Think of these as extra credit.

What are ‘15 minute cities?

‘15 minute cities’, from the horses mouth – the World Economic Forum (WEF) – were described as much more than a passing urban planning fad in March 2022. “For longtime urbanists, the 15-minute city seemed to merely repackage the historic urban pattern of development: walkable, mixed-used districts. Old wine, new bottle, as the saying goes. But for a new framing to ignite a global urbanism movement, clearly there’s more going on.” The quote comes from a WEF article titled “The surprising stickiness of the ‘15 minute city’”

Whenever one of these satanically-inspired global governance organizations start talking about frameworks, it is time for people to really wake up. Frameworks, to these one-world-totalitarians, are their notice to humanity that everyone’s lives are about to be irreparably altered in ways detrimental to the individual in order for the totalitarian globalists to increase the control, power, and prestige. So how did we get to where we are at? The WEF’s article makes it very clear, “But with COVID-19 and its variants keeping everyone home (or closer to home than usual), the 15-minute city went from a “nice-to-have” to a rallying cry. Meeting all of one’s needs within a walking, biking or transit distance was suddenly a matter of life and death. The pandemic created an urgency around equitable urbanism that sidelined arguments about bike lanes and other “amenities” that have roiled communities for years.”

This is their plan for all of humanity. They want us to not only be locked down, they want the whole world to be trapped in a 15-minutes-away-from-the-front-door bubble. Anyone going anywhere would be subjected to checkpoints between city sectors, able to be questioned without cause, and have the ever-present possibility of arrest looming over their heads. Add social credit scores to this scenario and arrest may very well seem more positive than losing ones 250 square foot apartment, electricity, and public transportation access resulting from being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Being too far from home would be a crime, like it was in Australia in 2020 and 2021. Armed men would demand papers when they so chose which is a throwback to Nazi Germany.

The WEF article lays out the number one enemy of their urban planning design – suburbs. Creative destruction is the order of the day. The idea is to force suburbs to diversify along the lines of being able to provide all basic services within a 15 minute commute. A cartoon included in the piece shows that work, recycling facilities, commercial centers, parks, entertainment venues, medical services, public transportation, exercise facilities, grocery stores, and schools are all only 15 minutes apart from one another as well.

According to the article the globalist schemes of man-made climate change and escalating wars, with their portended threats of ecological collapse and nuclear war, are to be used to demand further adoption of ‘15 minute cities.’ “Specifically, communities that foster and maintain social and economic relationships don’t have to be wealthy, but they do need to be walkable and safe, with both residential and commercial buildings intact. And, I would add, for 15-Minute Cities to thrive, not just survive crises—and this cannot be stressed enough—they must also have plenty of mixed-income and equitable housing, as well as digital access.” The US federal government has recently decided to heavily invest in these ideas particularly with All In and the ill-titled Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.

Lisa Chamberlain, WEF’s communication leads in urban transformation, the author of this dehumanizing WEF article, notes that China has cities which are built completely uninhabited and calls that dystopian in a perversion of the term. Chamberlain correctly points out that there are no utopias but that the closest thing to them are brand new ‘smart’ cities in South Korea, Abu Dhabi, and the one Japan is constructing. Chamberlain then explains that there is a middle ground between dystopia and utopia – a eutopia. The term was coined by a Godless anti-human Darwinist named Patrick Geddes.

Chamberlain quotes Geddes and his demands that Marxism be used exclusively in city planning. She wrote, “To better quantify and plan eutopias, Geddes developed the concept of a “vital budget.” He argued that “society must transition from ‘money wages’—which tend to dissipate energies toward individual gains at the expense of both natural and cultural qualities—to a ‘vital budget’ which facilitates ‘conserving energies and organizing [the] environment towards the maintenance and evolution of life – social, individual, civic.’” Geddes envisioned a world in which individuals are forced to bow to the collective of the ‘community’ and labored to design cities to destroy all individual effort. The UN and WEF, having wholesale adopted Geddes’ concept, have changed the term vital budget to stakeholder ‘capitalism’ and have since used the idea to rearrange society along those lines. COVID-19 should have served as an in-our-faces wake up call to the fact that these are no longer academic or fringe ideas – the global governors are fully invested in making it a reality.

The difference between the ‘15 minute city’ and other fads is that ‘15 minute cities’ concepts have stuck around while other fads have died out. Chamberlain promises that the idea is going to stick around for a really long time. “But as the “old wine, new bottle” framing went viral (pardon the pun) and began to spark real change, it became clear the historical roots of the 15-minute city connected deeply with the current moment—one that we’ll be living with for a long time to come.”

The ‘15 minute city’ is a globally directed urban planning scheme which forbids any individual the ability or desire to travel more than 15 minutes from their home. As many urban centers have already been established, they are being revamped to facilitate the idea. The way that looks, again, is the erection of checkpoints staffed by armed governmental agents and the adoption of digital gulag systems such as social media being used as communication channels and reprogrammable state-issued digital fiat currencies to make sure we comply with the idea of ‘15 minute cities’.

What is the C40 and what is their purpose?

Integral to the adoption of the WEF’s ‘15 minute city’ scheme is getting ‘leaders’ who will implement it in real life. The C40 agenda effects this. Where the WEF has not managed to get their operatives into state or province or national ‘leadership’ positions, they get the mayors of cities to carry out the plan. This is where the homework part comes in.

The C40’s website states that it is, “A global network of mayors taking urgent action to confront the climate crisis and create a future where everyone can thrive.” These mayors are treasonous and will not think twice about murdering huge numbers of the people living under their climate-hoax-mitigation decrees. The cities in North America which have included themselves in the climate-mitigation-inspired (Satanic) operation include, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Montreal, New Orleans, New York City, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Portland, San Francisco, Seattle, Toronto, Vancouver, and Washington DC. This list is not inclusive; however, any city under a sustainability plan has decided to follow in the C40 mayor’s footsteps. I counted 96 cities in the world which are being destroyed by Marxist mayors calling themselves part of the C40. Those cities are home to about 569 million human beings. That’s about 7% of the population of the earth which is directly being ruled by the UN and WEF through the policies of their mayors.

Those policies include, green and just transition, global diplomacy and advocacy, financing the green transition, and engaging the private sector. There is a Global Green New Deal which is followed as the backbone of these sovereignty-busting, demonic mayors. The principles these monsters follow are, “1. We recognise the global climate emergency. 2. We are committed to keeping global heating below the 1.5°C goal of the Paris Agreement by curbing emissions in the sectors that are the greatest contributors to the climate crisis: transportation, buildings, and waste. 3. We are committed to putting inclusive climate action at the centre of all urban decision-making, to create thriving and equitable communities for everyone. 4. We invite our partners – political leaders, CEOs, trade unions, investors, and civil society – to join us in recognising the global climate emergency and help us deliver on science-based action to overcome it.”

The mayors of these cities are where the rubber meets the road in terms of how all of humanity is going to be swallowed up by the global government. To critique the principles they are operating under, the first is a lie. The second is not something which mankind should even try to do. The mayors have taken a pledge to ensure that all outcomes are the same – everyone should be equally hungry, suffering, and miserable. The final one promises that the city governments and businesses will align with one another to create urban sectors based on fascist relationships between the two.

Your homework assignment.

I live in Sioux Falls, South Dakota so I will use their Sustainability Plan to do my ‘homework’. The city is currently trying to pass a second, updated, version of their ‘15 minute city’ plan. These plans are basically carbon copies of Agenda 21 with a focus on carbon emissions (the reason for the plan) followed by actions and policies the city plans on forcing down the resident’s throats and Sioux Falls is no different. What is important is learning about the actual goals and how they plan on achieving those goals. Highlighting the most tyrannical implementations of the plans is the easiest way to get people to mobilize against these plans.

In Sioux Falls’ plan the stated goals are, “Reduce greenhouse gas emissions [and] Prioritize social equity.” In order to achieve these goals, Sioux Falls will focus on six areas, energy and buildings, transportation and land use, natural systems, materials management and waste, community vitality and sustainable living, and sustainable economy. Under each of these sub-goals is the consideration of equity in their implementation.

Natural gas is going to be targeted for reducing it’s usage so that renewable energy sources can be introduced to residents of Sioux Falls according to the plan. The temperature was negative numbers for four days in a row recently with wind chills hanging out at 30 below for a few of those days. Getting rid of natural gas for wind and solar will inevitably kill people. Sioux Falls takes a moment to pat themselves on the back (there is a lot of self flatulence involved in these plans) for installing LED lights, using landfill gas, and generating a minute amount of energy from digester gas from the water reclamation plant. They point out that those with lower incomes cannot replace their windows and appliances with energy efficient and ‘smart’ versions or install solar panels as easily as those who are wealthy, suggesting that subsidies and tax breaks will be used to make it easier for them. This is followed by more concrete actions such as incentivizing completely electric building construction, energy usage audits, and creating fascist partnerships.

The Sioux Falls death cultists endorsing this plan forgot that we live in an area with a particularly harsh climate, the city was designed around individual gasoline engine automobile tranportation, and public transportation is inadequate. This ‘forgetfulness’ (I’m giving them the benefit of doubt here and I know I shouldn’t) allowed them to recommend electric cars, phasing out gasoline stations and replacing them with charging stations, and relying on non-automotive transportation options in general. “In addition to being clean, transportation should be convenient, reliable, and accessible for all community members. For those residents who cannot afford to, or choose not to, own a vehicle, public transit and other multimodal solutions (e.g., bicycling) are critical. In fact, increasing ridership on these transportation modes is an important component not only to the livability of our community but to an increasingly sustainable transportation system.” That’s right, the City of Sioux Falls is suggesting that when the outside world feels like -50 degrees and there are 5 inches of show blowing into two foot drifts we ride our bikes and walk.

Because this piece is about ‘15 minute cities’, I include the Sioux Falls indication of creating one. “Land use and transportation are intricately connected to a community’s design and development patterns. Land use can shape a city’s short- and long-term sustainability. Sioux Falls continues to grow at a fast pace. While this growth can have its advantages, it can also bring challenges to the environment and our community. A city with a growing population often uses more land. Land use change and outward sprawl can have negative impacts on natural resources, wildlife and habitat, and ecosystem services. These challenges highlight the need for development and growth to minimize consumption of agriculture and critical open space land through compact and contiguous growth consistent with the Shape Sioux Falls Comprehensive Plan.” Sioux Falls residents are being promised no cars and no land.

The plan’s Natural Systems section delves into water usage, trees, buffer zones, and how much e. coli has been detected in the river. Under this ruse lawns are to be replaced with the assistance of native Americans, wildlife corridors are to be established (meaning no human activity is permissible in these areas), and there will be lists of city-approved trees to be planted in people’s lawns.

Sioux Falls wants to limit the use of plastics and expand recycling efforts as they note in the section about materials management and waste. The city directly references getting legislation passed to please the  globalist scumbags at the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) under the idea of extended producer responsibility. According to OECD, “Faced with increasing amounts of waste, many governments have reviewed available policy options and concluded that placing the responsibility for the post-consumer phase of certain goods on producers could be an option.” That’s not a policy option, it’s negligence on the part of those seeking to implement it and used only as revenue generation for the city through taxes on increased costs and fines levied upon those business found in violation of such ordinances.

Key takeaways under the plan’s community vitality and sustainable living include the city directing urban food production, placing an emphasis on consuming locally sourced foods, indoctrinating children in educational settings about the UN’s way to live our lives, and to setting up resiliency by, in part, recognizing that climate-change induced mental illness is a real thing. My favorite takeaway from this section, the one that should really piss people off in this city, is, “Encourage biking and walking as transportation modes.”

Sustainable economy entails the city promoting sustainable businesses to the public. The city shouldn’t be picking winnersa nd losers in the economic realm. Here the city of Sioux Falls is, in one of the most ‘conservative’ states in the entire country, picking winners and losers. The G40 mayors are not confined to the mayors listed, they are literally everywhere. Marxism under global ausices is thriving and way to many people refuse to recognize it.

The rest of the 120 page Sioux Falls plan is using UN terms to declare their intentions to implement every one of these goals. It defines the goal, the sub-goal, the tactic used, the timeline, and who the stakeholders are. Residents are listed as stakeholders in 13 of the 130 tactics listed. Those where the stakeholders include residents are generally the ones where the residents are to be goaded and propagandized into following the city’s plan. A glossary and appendices close the document out.

The city absolutely wants to end individual transportation options, has opted to battle against private property and the rights that go along with ownership, and has decided to involve itself into areas of our lives where they have no business being. All of this is in line with the 15 minute city, the UN’s Agenda 21 and Agenda 2030, and the WEF’s declaration that we will own ze nothing and eat ze bugs.

Now that I know what is in the plan, I need to rally opposition to it and voice my concerns at public meetings. I have and will continue to speak to those in my community about Sioux Falls’ sustainability plan, what it represents, and encourage others to take action against it. On January 3, 2023 I plan to be at the Sioux Falls city council meeting demanding the entire plan be shredded and forgotten. I will be doing my best to get others to attend.

That’s the homework – look these things up. Take action against them. I told you my intentions, what are yours?

Solutions to the enslavement and depopulation promised by 15 minute cities.

If we plan to fight back effectively we must change the moment the WEF wants to end all of history on. To do this we must first, unfortunately, learn about their designs, where their designs originate, and how they plan to implement their designs. There are weak points inherent in their designs, namely that they originate from Satan, they are antithetical to individual liberty and freedom, and that the mere knowledge, recognition, and reluctance to follow along with them will destroy their plans. The weakest point of their entire design is universally applicable and hinges on a very secular notion of doing our homework, informing others that the plans exist, and learning how to say no.

We cannot fight back very effectively by directing our energies at the true culprits of these plans. The global elite are too far removed from most of our sphere’s of influence to effect actually change to their plans. What we can do is vote our local city councils and mayors out of office (at least in most Western nations). It is imperative that those voted out, or impeached or otherwise – PEACFULLY and LEGALLY – removed from office are not replaced by like-minded ‘leaders’. Without doing our homework how are we to fight back at all?

These mayors all the way up to the likes of Klaus Schwab (WEF), Antonio Guterres (UN), George Soros (Open Society), and Bill Gates (Bill and Melinda Gates foundation and CEPI) all hate the notion of reading our Bibles. They hate that there is a Bible full of truth. They hate it when individuals strive to live and believe as the Bible suggests. The absolute most effective way to fight these earthly demonic forces is to learn the truth, rely on the truth, and speak the truth. I suggest we start asking God for assistance in getting rid of these demonic forces encroaching upon every aspect of our lives before the threshold is crossed in which we are all living in a ‘15 minute city’ with no hope of ever being permitted to live the truth, let alone read about it. Think about that. Pray about that. Are we made in the image of God or merely ‘useless eaters’ meant to be herded and corralled into ghettos designed to make us subservient to a world government?

Bless God and God bless.
