The Ethisphere and You.

The Ethisphere and You.

The Ethisphere Institute gives out annual rewards to the businesses most geared towards “doing business with ethics and integrity.” This isn’t a lie on it’s face. What makes these awards fraudulent is the damnable metrics by which a business operates with ethics and integrity. Working at an organization which has received these rewards multiple times, I unequivocally state that this award is an affirmation that the recipient company is of the most unethical and most lacking in integrity that there is. Being as though this company cannot stop advertising how ethical and focused on integrity it is, I find a need to not only dive into what the award is given for, but to also blow a whistle on their current conduct.

These awards are derived from compliance to Environment, Social, Governance (ESG) compliance. Earning one of these awards should result in a universal boycott because the companies receiving them have absolutely no respect for human life. They do not promote the well-being of their employees. Winners of Ethisphere Awards are beholden to one idea and one idea only – fascism as defined under the concept of stakeholder capitalism. Winners of these awards have adopted ethical standards in line with the World Economic Forum’s program to destroy all of G-d’s creation.

The Institute looks at five major categories and then incorporates the industry an individual company operates in and compares their size, structure, and operating environment. The five components of the metrics Ethisphere Awards are given are management, governance, impact, culture of ethics, and program. These metrics, along with the size, structure, and operating environment is then made into a proprietary composite score the Institute calls its Ethics Quotient which is then compared against similar businesses. Business who win are the ‘most ethical’ in their respective industries.

Being as though the Ethics Quotient is proprietary, only the most basic of the individual metrics are available for public understanding of how these scores are achieved. Management accounts for 5% of the total score and incorporates “Supply chain onboarding, engagement and oversight, and Monitoring and performance evaluation.” 20% of the score comes from “Oversight, Governance Principals, and Risk Management” under the heading Governance. Another 20% of the score comes from Environmental and Social Impact metrics including “Sustainability, citizenship and social responsibility, Environment stewardship, Community Involvement, Corporate Involvement, Corporate Philanthropy, Workplace impact and well-being.” 20% is based on Culture of Ethics and looks at, “Efforts to establish ethical tone from top to middle, Frequency with which culture is elevated, Methods and outcomes.” The remaining 35% of the score comes from Ethics and Compliance with categories such as “Program structure, responsibility, and resources, Program oversight and tone at the top, Written standards, training and communication, Detection, monitoring, auditing and risk assessments, and Enforcement and discipline.”

This is what ESG compliance looks like. This is what Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts look like. And this is a list of the most ESG/DEI/WEF/UN compliant companies in each market. Unsurprisingly, these companies are often honored not only with Ethisphere awards, but as partners listed on the World Economic forum. 136 organizations won awards in 2024. 39* (a list occurs at the end of this piece) of these companies are listed by name on the WEF partners website. Of the 97 not listed by name, almost all of them have a major shareholder in BlackRock which is a major WEF partner. I’m not a financial planner but I have no desire to recommend any of us fund humanity’s extinction either. Completely abandoning all of the companies listed on either the WEF website or recipients of the Ethisphere award seems prudent in this regard – particularly when it comes to abandoning those companies on both lists.

With recent revelations about nanotechnologies winding up, mysteriously, in our bodies; the intentional pollution of food by introducing filth (swine) into staple crops in everything (soy); and the demands from these same companies that lab-grown meat (ahem, cancer protein) and insect protein (chitin anyone?) is safe and should replace all actual meat sources; I have serious questions about the ethics these companies operate by. It is not ethical nor in any sense moral to do any of this.

Let’s zoom in to see what a Mexican company on this list is doing. Grupo Bimbo (pronounced beam-bow) is involved in baking bread and treats and operates in 35 countries. BIMBOA.MX closed May 10, 2024 at a nickel short of $70 a share. Most of the shares are held by insiders such as Daniel Servitje and Rafael Pamias. In the United States, the company holds the rights to label products including Entenmann’s, Thomas English Muffins, Brownberry, Little Bites, Ball Park, Marinela, Boboli, Sara Lee, and others. Other product lines exist in other nations across Asia, North America, South America, and portions of Europe and Africa. Grupo Bimbo is the largest bakery operation in the world selling nearly $400 billion worth of product in 2022 and took over $20 billion in revenue.

Bimbo Bakeries has a whole bunch of WEF-compliant socially ‘responsible’ decrees on their website. The US division’s main mission, according to this section of the website, is to make more nutritional products, support their associates and the communities Bimbo operates in, and to become a zero-carbon champion. Grupo Bimbo themselves churned out an English-language book of 347 pages in 2022 detailing their obsessive love with depopulating the earth through adhering to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals and the WEF’s stakeholder capitalism. In 2023 Grupo Bimbo found it unimportant to produce an English-language version of their dedication to depopulation coming in at 377 pages. Even with my limited Spanish ability, this document focuses on SDG compliance and stakeholder capitalism (ie, fascism) as well.

Page 232 of the 2023 document contains an overview of the SDGs Grupo Bimbo loves the most: “At Grupo Bimbo, we consider the SDGs as pillars essential to foster a more sustainable future and equitable. Our commitment to these objectives is deep and transversal, contributing in a way direct to 9 (2- Zero hunger, 3-Health and well-being, 5- Gender equality, 6- Clean water and sanitation, 7- Affordable and non-polluting energy, 8-Decent work and economic growth, 12- Production and consumption responsible, 13- Climate action, 16-Peace, justice and strong institutions) of the 17 SDGs. However, We pay special attention to two key areas that reflect our mission and capabilities: SDG 2 (Hunger Zero) and SDG 3 (Health and Wellbeing).”

I have written extensively on each of these initiatives from the United Nations. Here is the link to the page containing the 17 goals from my perspective. Each and everyone of these goals represents one aspect of life in our modern world and the UN’s zeal to destroy it to build it back better. Grupo Bimbo’s devotion to these goals represents their adherence to the anti-human concepts contained within.

Page 196 contains a passage relating to how entrenched Grupo Bimbo is in it’s mission to bring about the end of humanity. It includes the concept that if an entity is not gung-ho to destroy the economy of their nation and, thus, enslave their populations, then Grupo Bimbo wants nothing to do with them, “We engage with those interested parties with those of us who have a shared purpose, oriented in our business and sustainability objectives.”

Morals are what G-d gave to us to live by. Ethics are the garbage that mankind has developed in oder to do whatever we want. Even under the guise of ethics; however, this is not an ethical position to take, especially when those ethics are predicated on notions of equity meaning that the same ‘positive’ outcomes will be produced for all, whether they are fascists like Grupo Bimbo’s leadership or not. They are trying to claim that it is ethical for them to exclude anyone who is not fully onboard with depopulating earth, viewing humanity as a parasitic pest to be dealt with, and eating foods which are chemical fabrications of what real food is.

In essence, we have a global company churning out hundreds of billions of dollars annually in bread and related products which claims it wants to make the world healthier, it’s associates well taken care of, and give consumers affordable nutrient-dense products. It does nothing of the sort. What Grupo Bimbo does is acts as an enforcement arm of the New World Order as envisioned by the WEF/UN….

At this date, Grupo Bimbo’s latest news article is titled, Can you imagine living a day without energy? The article was issued on that date to commemorate the 75th annual celebration of World Energy Day. While the day is supposed to be about conservation of energy, what it really commemorates is companies like Grupo Bimbo getting together with their fascistic peers to demand that no one has any energy at all. The title of the article was not a mistake – they want us to be thinking about the day they manage to ‘win’ and the globe goes electricity-free meaning about six or seven billion deaths. The article doesn’t mention that due to the lack of integrity at the company. What it does mention is all of the ways Grupo Bimbo has contributed to making the world ‘greener’ meaning more polluted, less efficient, and more expensive to live in. But the article doesn’t stop there – they display their true fascist intentions by demanding we all start doing the following immediately:

“Raise awareness about how you use energy and the type of energy you consume. Integrate clean energy into your daily life. Share simple actions for responsible energy use and their benefits with acquaintances. For example: Maximize natural lighting. Use energy-efficient light bulbs and remember to keep them clean to maximize their effectiveness. Run full loads in your washing machine. Turn off and unplug devices when not in use.”

What does this have to do with making bread affordable and nutritious? Nothing. So why would Grupo Bimbo bother with producing such a document? Because they are fascist lackey’s of the WEF and UN. And, as the company panders to the New World Order it is destroying those who purchase their bread as well as those who work for them.

A loaf of Sara Lee Whole Grain White Bread is priced anywhere from $3.18 at Walmart, to $3.99 at Kroger’s, to $4.79 at Hy-Vee. It isn’t an especially affordable product being as Walmart White bread goes for $1.42 a loaf (coincidentally it is produced by Bimbo), Kroger’s private label enriched white bread is $1.99, and Hy-Vee’s private label white bread is also $1.99 at regular price.

The ingredients are not all that different either. Sara Lee’s product states it contains “Enriched Wheat Flour [Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Reduced Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate (Vitamin B1), Riboflavin Vitamin (B2), Folic Acid], Water, Whole Wheat Flour, Sugar, Yeast, Wheat Gluten, Cellulose Fiber, Calcium Sulfate, Salt, Vegetable Oil (Soybean), Preservatives [Calcium Propionate, Sorbic Acid], Soy Flour, Monoglycerides, Datem, Soy Lecithin, Citric Acid, Vitamin D3, Grain Vinegar, Monocalcium Phosphate, Oat Fiber, Sesame Seeds.”

Compare that to Walmart, “Enriched Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Water, Sugar, Yeast, Soybean Oil, Salt, Vital Wheat Gluten, Dough Conditioners (Mono- & Diglycerides, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Ascorbic Acid), Calcium Propionate (to Retain Freshness), Soy Flour, Encapsulated Sorbic Acid (Sorbic Acid, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Mono- and Diglycerides) (to Retain Freshness), Yeast Nutrients (Calcium Sulfate, Ammonium Sulfate, Calcium Carbonate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Soy Lecithin.”

And Kroger, “Enriched flour (wheat flour, malted barley, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), water, sugar, yeast. Contains 2% or less of: soybean oil, salt, sodium stearoyl lactylate, ammonium sulfate, calcium sulfate, ascorbic acid, calcium propionate (preservative), vinegar. CONTAINS: WHEAT.”

And Hy-Vee’s private label includes “Enriched Wheat Flour (Flour, Malted Barley Flour, Reduced Iron, Niacin, Thiamin Mononitrate [Vitamin B1], Riboflavin [Vitamin B2], Folic Acid), Water, Sugar, Yeast, Vegetable Oil (Soybean), Salt, Calcium Propionate (Preservative), Monoglycerides, DATEM, Soy Lecithin, Citric Acid, Grain Vinegar, Wheat Gluten, Potassium Iodate, Calcium Sulfate, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sesame Seeds. Contains wheat, soy and milk.”

Per slice of bread, Sara Lee’s product provides 12.5% of our daily intake of calcium, 4% iron, 3% vitamin D, 7.5% thiamin, 3% riboflavin, 5% niacin, 10% folic acid, and 2% fat, 6.5% sodium, 4.5% carbohydrates, 2.5 grams of protein, and 70 calories.

Walmart ranks in at 2% calcium, 4% iron, no vitamin D, 10% thiamine, 6% riboflavin, 6% niacin, 10% folate, 1% fat, 5% sodium, 5% carbohydrates, 2 grams of protein, and 70 calories.

Kroger’s lists 2% calcium, 6% iron, no vitamin D, 10% thiamin, 6% riboflavin, 6% niacin, 10% folate, 1% fat, 6% sodium, 5% carbohydrates, 2 grams of protein, and 70 calories.

Hy-Vee’s bread offers 0% calcium, 4% iron, no vitamin D, 10% thiamin, 6% riboflavin, 6% niacin, 10% folate, 1% fat, 5% sodium, 5% carbohydrates, 2 grams of protein, and 70 calories.

If all of that is tedious to read, it was far more tedious to obtain. The point is that for the cost, the bread offered by Sara Lee is not all that superior to the store brands. This puts Sara Lee and the gigantic price it demands in jeopardy as lower cost competitors with similar ingredients wind up being a good spot for consumers to save a dollar or two as inflation skyrockets and food costs go ballistic. This endangers the jobs of the people who make the bread. Grupo Bimbo doesn’t seem to have any of this in mind as their prices remain comparatively high compared to non-premium varieties.

As a result, Grupo Bimbo announced yesterday that about 165 employees at the Bellevue, Nebraska bakery will be unemployed come July 2024. Bimbo made the claim that because the operations there will not cease as there is also a depot at the location which will allow about ten employees to stay on, the operation isnt really shutting down. It’s not really shutting down and it would be unfair to state that it is they claim. But, by operating a depot from the location, Bimbo is all but guaranteeing that no other operation will be able to move in and begin baking bread. Those 165 jobs are just going to be gone. That’s how much Bimbo cares about its associates.

Big issues at Bellevue’s bakery arrived in late 2023 when Bimbo lost an account for Hy-Vee’s private label breads and buns. Hy-Vee is a Midwestern grocery store chain with about 280 stores based out of Des Moines, Iowa. 280 stores means truckloads of bread each day needs to be baked. Bimbo didn’t even have to transport Hy-Vee’s bread to them, Hy-Vee came and picked it up. All they had to do was bake it. Now, one of the victims of a Bimbo purge wound up at Hy-Vee with the ability to influence who the woke-grocery store sourced it’s bread from and as soon as humanly possible, the account was taken from Bimbo and given to Texas-based Flowers, another progressive ‘woke’ organization. This sealed the deal for Bellevue’s bakery as they supplied Hy-Vee’s bread. The word was that this wouldn’t affect the bakery, nor the company, nor the route drivers as the lost sales would be made up by increased sales of premium breads. Coupled with Bimbo being dropped by Hy-Vee, other Flowers products, including Wonder Bread and Dave’s Killer Bread, took shelf space from Bimbo products. The sales did not pan out and now not only are 165 jobs disappearing from Bellevue, the route drivers are finding their paychecks are smaller. Bimbo, frankly, couldn’t care less. This is ethical?

In 2018 Bimbo USA had a voluntary separation program where they found a way to get rid of 600 jobs by offering them a severance package. On May 7, 2024 a bakery in Quebec was slated for extinction on July 1 and leaving 95 people out of a job. 28 outlet stores were closed in April 2024 in the northeast United States because Bimbo has no desire to offer discounted bread if it can help it – they want everything ‘extra’ to go to a food bank and they want their employees to be recipients of handouts, hurting the community, it’s employees, and Bimbo consumers. 149 Albuquerque, New Mexico Bimbo employees lost their jobs last month. In the middle of 2023 there were between 600 and 700 employees terminated across the United States. These massive employee purges are not anomalies, they seem to occur regularly. As a result anyone with knowledge of the industry suddenly has no job, the business operates a little bit worse, revenues go down, and the process is repeated.

Bimbo was a known predator in the baking industry for quite a while. If the Mexican’s had their way they would buy up every bakery in the United States and Canada, mismanage them horribly, and close them all. In 2011 when Grupo Bimbo was in the process of acquiring Sara Lee, the Department of Justice allowed the sale but required Bimbo and Sara Lee to divest from holdings in eight US locations. At the time of the acquisition, Bimbo USA stated, ““We will build new bakeries where we need them,” Mr. Prince [Bimbo USA’s president at the time] said. “We will renew existing facilities. And, we will improve our technology and infrastructure. We are investing in manufacturing facilities and manufacturing jobs across the United States.”” The joke is on you US consumer, employee, and government – Grupo Bimbo is opening up new bakeries in Romania which they will run into the ground and wind up closing just like they are doing to the United States.

The closest bakery owned by Bimbo to Sioux Falls will be 237 miles away but it refuses to operate in South Dakota, the next closest is 247 miles away and it, too refuses to deliver to Sioux Falls. The closest bakery to Sioux Falls is actually Bellevue, NE which is 196 miles away and slated to close which means that unless Fergus Falls or Roseville is forced to service the area, the bakery making deliveries to Sioux Falls will be in Topeka, Kansas 345 miles away. This comes after Bimbo closed the bakery in Sioux Falls in 2017, in South Sioux City, Nebraska (87 miles away) in 2019, and after it shuttered the doors of the bakery in Sioux City, Iowa in 2014.

Specifically, being as though Grupo Bimbo is a Mexican-based multinational corporation with a wildly anti-human approach to baking bread, the US should boot the company out of the United States for national security reasons. The company is threatening the food supply of the United States and needs to be held accountable for it’s actions. As of 2023 Grupo Bimbo was the fifth largest company in Mexico and, thus, supports the corrupted Mexican government in it’s efforts including facilitating the foreign invasion of the United States. All Mexican multinationals should be booted from the United States if they take the side of Mexico over the interests of the United States, and chief among them should be Grupo Bimbo. For that matter, any company adhering to the WEF’s agenda or the UN’s SDGs should be given 60 days to stop or be shut down, again, chief among them should be Grupo Bimbo.

But this isn’t even the worst aspect of this company. Last month Grupo Bimbo hired a woman named Tanya Jeradechachal. Her entire career has been to create radically altered products based on artificial means and call them foods. In 2023 she received credit as an inventor for a patent titled, PLANT-BASED MEAT ALTERNATIVE COMPOSITIONS FOR FOODSERVICE AND PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF. What she sought to do was to have people no longer eat meat and think that they were, actually, eating meat. In reality, food services would offer plant-based meat alternatives based on corn, wheat, pea, soy, chickpea, fava bean, lentil, canola, or other plants and in any combination. Lunchrooms and cafeterias will now have plant-based meat alternatives to offer to hungry school children around the world…. Lovely.

Jeradechachal (if you can pronounce that, let me know how) holds a Master’s of Science in Cereal Science from North Dakota State University, the same university that has bequeathed the United States with the entirely dishonorable and immigration-fraud riddled Ilhan Omar. After earning her degree, Tanya (her last name is too much) went to the USDA to assist in research pertaining to the interaction of proteins between plants and insects. This suggests that as the Vice President of Research and Development at Grupo Bimbo the company may be looking into inserting insect proteins into it’s products. At the very least, Grupo Bimbo is going to be boldly entering into the game of marketing food products which are not food products.

The idea of insect-based breads is not preposterous and actually already exists. In 2017 Finland broke ground on this disgusting ‘food’ as a Helinski bakery, Fazer, began offering it. The Guardian which covered the story, noted, “Insect eating, or entomophagy, is common in much of the world. The UN estimated last year that at least 2 billion people eat insects, and more than 1,900 species have been used for food.” And why do people do that? It’s not for fun, it because they have nothing else to eat… In 2019 the UK rolled out their version called Crunchy Cricket Loaf. Given the choice between eating bugs and eating real food I will take real food 100% of the time. And with good cause – early indicators of problems with insect breads warned consumers of the potential risk associated with ingesting bacterial spores as reported in a Live Science article dedicated to ignoring the disease potential of eating this garbage.

This is what passes for ethics in an age of incredible debauchery. Companies like Grupo Bimbo are lauded while they destroy the capacity of entire nations, industries, and individuals. They are lauded because they are following a dehumanizing playbook with the full intention of depopulating the earth on behalf of their WEF/UN masters. In the Ethisphere, only one thing matters: compliance to the global government. It just so happens that the global government’s direction is the complete annihilation of anything and everything G-d created. Wheat cannot be wheat anymore. Corn cannot be corn. Canola cannot just be canola any longer. Soybeans need pig proteins. Everything needs to be genetically modified. Meat needs to be plants. Humans cannot remain humans. The ways of ESG and DEI and stakeholder capitalism and SDGs need to replace G-d’s ways.

Avoid these companies. Don’t work for them. Don’t buy their crap. Don’t encourage others to buy their crap. If you own a business, avoid doing business with these companies. Their intention is to destroy all of us and to get us to think that we are doing something positive while engaged with them…. If you think I may be wrong, I encourage you to prove me wrong.

Bless G-d and G-d bless.
